Health and wellbeing

We have a range of health and wellbeing services available including an employee assistance helpline, private medical insurance, free health assessments and a company funded health cash plan that provides you with help with everyday health costs.

Flexible working

We recognise the importance for all members of staff to enjoy a healthy work life balance and to help staff achieve this, NPS operates flexible working arrangements. This is an addition to our robust family friendly policies which ensure staff have a way to take the time they need to focus on their family when the unexpected arises.

For parents or guardians, we also participate in a childcare voucher scheme, which provides a more flexible way to meet the costs of your childcare through a Salary Exchange arrangement.

Training and development

NPS Group has its own dedicated Talent Team whose sole purpose is to attract talent to the organisation and provide opportunities for all employees to develop.

We take your development seriously and for that reason we reimburse the cost for one professional membership per annum.

Our talent programmes are aimed at people at different stages of their careers, including Apprentice and Graduate programmes, the Future Leaders Academy and the Management Development Programme.

What makes us different?

Culture:

Our company culture is driven by our values, which underpin everything we do as a company. Our success is measured not only through business results, but also through the difference we can make within our communities and the way we work together. Each employee has a chance to take advantage of one paid Volunteering day a year.

Living our values - NPS Excellence Awards:

Everything we do is centred around our four core values. We strive for Quality, Innovation, Respect and Trust in the way we deliver services to our clients. The NPS Excellence Awards recognise teams and individuals who exemplify one or more of these values to bring something extra to their work and the services we provide. Staff can be nominated by their colleagues with shortlisted finalists invited to an annual Group awards ceremony.
