Our Kendal office has taken advantage of an opening in the local market and expanded their portfolio to offer a commercial property agency service. The team are offering these services to the business community and private landlords in Kendal and South Cumbria.
In recent months it has become clear that in South Cumbria there is room to offer an alternative professional service for commercial agency and the team are working hard to reach the owners of vacant commercial property with regard to an introductory fee offer.
With the ability to offer a tailor made marketing service to suit the requirements of each client and the NPS web based marketing, the team at Kendal are well placed to offer their clients a fresh approach. Having built up a significant list of contacts, dealing with and seeking commercial property in the area, the arrangements are all in place to make this a very successful offering.
The Property Team is headed up by Dave Pogson who has more than 42 years experience in property. Estates Surveyor, Peter Knapton, will be fronting the commercial agency service along with Estates Surveyor, Matt Messenger, Estates Surveyor, Michael Wallwork and Assistant Estates Surveyor, Phil Hunter.
