NPS is at the forefront of innovative housing design and future proofing of extra care facilities, predominantly in the social housing sector. We are currently working with BRE on innovative solutions to meet the differing codes of sustainable homes, which will address people in fuel poverty.
We have qualified and experienced staff to provide a complete design and procurement service for new build and refurbishment on all types of housing ranging from single dwellings, medium and high rise, to extra care homes. Recognising the serious need to address carbon reduction, we can provide examples of solutions for both new build and retro-fitting of existing housing properties.
NPS is also developing the Hearth UK concept, which is an innovative approach to the development of affordable and low cost housing throughout the UK. This has attracted growing interest from central government, the HCA, local authorities and financial advisors. Supporting the concept will be innovative supply chain and procurement methods which will achieve value for money and allow homes to be designed to generous loose fit standards.
