Your main duties will consist of general Building Surveying work: carrying out inspections, drafting work orders, preparing estimates, day to day maintenance, managing planned maintenance programmes and preparation of project drawings and specifications.
You will have a HNC/HND in Building Surveying or Building Studies/Construction and have relevant experience in Building Surveying. You will have relevant Health and Safety knowledge.
The Salary for this post will be dependant upon qualification and experience.
