To join our existing Team of Building Surveyors we require an experienced, driven and committed individual to undertake full Project Management duties on a wide range of projects. Ideally professionally qualified, with experience in a similar professional multi-disciplinary environment you will have experience in Education, Corporate and Housing Project Commissions.
Ideally you will be conversant with the application and use of various ICT Packages, such as NBS Scheduler/Building and be Auto-Cad proficient. You will have experience of Construction Contracts and management of projects from inception to completion.
A degree qualification relating to Building Surveying/Construction is required as a minimum, as is a proven track record in a similar role.
