NPS North East Limited is a subsidiary company of NPS Property Consultants Limited which came into effect from 1st October 2004.

The company has been formed in partnership with Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, from the former Design Service of the Council. It will continue to provide professional support to Council services for building and construction including:

• architectural services
• quantity surveying
• mechanical and electrical engineering
• structural engineering
• building and land surveying
• landscape design
• interior design
• planning supervisory, planning advisory and clerk of works services.
• water hygiene services.

The company has an extensive list of Clients and will specialise within the Public sector, but with the freedom and flexibility of a limited company. This is a new and exciting venture in the provision of property services to the Public Sector.

The company will initially operate from its existing multi-disciplinary office based in Normanton.
