CDM Co-ordination

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 apply to all construction projects. However, where a project is notifiable to the HSE, the CDM Regulations place a duty on the Client to appoint a CDM Co-ordinator.

NPS Property Consultants Ltd can provide CDM Co-ordinators for all types and scale of construction project.

NPS CDM Co-ordinators will advise and assist Clients to help them comply with their duties and will carry out all CDM Co-ordinator duties required under the CDM Regulations.

NPS CDM Co-ordinators have been involved in projects of various complexity ranging in value from £30k upto £10 million.

Health & Safety Audits

The Client has a statutory duty to ensure that the people they appoint to carry out design and construction works are competent.

As an additional service, NPS Property Consultants Ltd can also carry out health and safety audits of your construction site and advise you regarding the performance of your Principal Contractor in relation to relevant health and safety legislation.

NPS CDM Co-ordinators will visit site, carry out a full inspection and provide a written report to the Principal Contractor and Client backed up with photographic evidence and suggested remedial measures as necessary to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and best practice principles
