Our experienced team of Rating Surveyors will:-

  • Manage Notices of Return within the statutory time limit
  • Work with you to identify properties where material changes may have occurred since the last listing
  • Review the proposed rating valuations and lodge appeals
  • Provide advice on exemptions and relief
  • Identify budget implications and provide estimates
  • Represent you at the Valuation Tribunal and Lands Tribunal as required
  • Check Rates invoices on your behalf

Rating valuations should always be reviewed in the following circumstances but the list is not exhaustive:-

  • Where properties are vacant or part vacant
  • Where properties are new to the portfolio
  • Where there have been significant value or physical changes in the locality
  • Where alterations have taken place to the property or an amendment to the rateable has been made after the original Rating List entry
