NPS Property Consultants has a wide experience of conservation and repair projects including stonework repairs to Norwich Castle Keep and timber work repairs to 15th Century Merchants Hall. We've carried out brickwork and flintwork repairs including works to several churchyards. Conservation work to plaster ceilings and walls has also been undertaken along with researching and implementing historic paint finishes.

Over recent years conversions and refurbishment works have been carried out on a varied range of structures in Norwich such as 15th Century Merchants Hall to a Heritage Centre; 17th Century Meeting House; 17th Century Housing for Housing Association; 18th Century Town House to Office accommodation.

There has been a strong conservation commitment within these schemes as a whole, which has involved commissioning pieces of sculpture, selection of furniture, commissioning one-off pieces of furniture and finishes selection.

Much of our work has been carried out in negotiation with English Heritage, the Heritage Lottery Fund, Local Councils and private clients. The buildings have generally been Listed Grade I or II and some Scheduled Ancient Monuments. Schemes have been taken through from feasibility study stage, to design and implementation on site.
