About Us
NPS Property Consultants was formed originally as a business unit within Norfolk County Council, becoming a limited company in 2002. Since then, the company has grown to become a national presence, delivering a comprehensive and flexible range of property services, tailored to meet the needs of both public and private sector clients across the UK. The companies within the NPS Group are wholly owned by the public sector, with partner authorities enjoying a share in the companies’ success.
The business is directed by Mike Britch from our head office in Norwich (NPS Property Consultants Ltd), supported by a team of strategic managers with group-wide responsibility. Client Services are managed and delivered from our network of local offices within the UK.

Our structure
The NPS group of companies is led by NPS Property Consultants Ltd, which provides strategic management and all the support services to its offices thoughout the UK. NPS Property Consultants Ltd and all the NPS subsidiary companies are part of the Norse Group, a holding company owned by Norfolk County Council.
