Human Resource Policy

NPS operates an open style of management and seeks to involve staff in decision making by maximising delegation and empowerment.

Effective communication is achieved through e-mail, staff surveys, two-way team briefing, policy and procedure notes, all operating within a no blame culture which celebrates success and achievement. Staff are valued as an integral part of the consultancy and encouraged to participate in business and social events wherever possible.

Annual appraisals seek to further personal development as well as aligning training and particular attributes to the development of the business. Flexible working and responsibility for their own time management enables staff to achieve an appropriate work/life balance.
